We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make it to the appointment, please kindly notify Dalena at dhhair93@gmail.com 24 hours before your appointment. Any appointments that are a no-show or cancel the day of can be charged a fee of 50% of the service. If a time slot is open from a same-day or a last minute cancellation and it does not get booked, please be aware that it does affect the business. Please be considerate when cancelling ahead of time.
